How to Buy TenX (PAY)

The first platform of its kind, TenX is aiming to connect multiple cryptocurrencies across a variety of different blockchains through both the decentralized app and physical TenX card.

Self-proclaimed as “the only card you’ll want to have on adventures,” TenX allows users to pay with multiple cryptocurrencies around the world with 0% transaction fees — even allowing users to withdraw from ATMs wherever.

What does the future for TenX look like?

Promising. At the moment, the multi-currency wallet only supports Bitcoin. However, it plans on including Dash, Ethereum and all ERC20 tokens. The only fees associated with TenX are:

  • One-time issuing fee of $15 for physical TenX card
  • One-time issuing fee of $1.50 for digital card
  • A $10 annual fee only if you spend less than the $1,000 minimum a year

TenX also offers a reward system in which users holding the crypto PAY token can receive Ethereum with each transaction made on the TenX network. Users also receive a 0.1% reward in PAY tokens each time the TenX card.

With its flexibility, intricate rewards system and cost-efficient use, TenX is a promising platform to invest in. Let’s set you up with some PAY tokens.

Open Up A Coinbase Account

The first step in the process is to buy Bitcoin or Ethereum. You can purchase them from Coinbase, but if you’re having problems getting in, try going through Coinmama — the steps will be the same. If you already have some BTC or ETH stored in your wallet, feel free to move ahead to step 2.

Create A Kucoin.io Account

It’s important to buy BTC or ETH as we will be using them to purchase other coins in a cryptocurrency marketplace. Today, we’ll be using the marketplace Kucoin, but please be aware there are other places you can buy PAY from. Create an account with Kucoin and head on to step 3.

Transfer BTC or ETH to Kucoin

The next couple of steps will help us transfer our BTC or ETH from our Coinbase wallet to our Kucoin wallet. It might seem complex, but just follow these steps and we guarantee the process will be painless.

  • Press “Wallets” on Kucoin.io
  • Locate either “BTC” or “ETH”
  • Press “Deposit”
  • Click and then copy the address
  • Return to Coinbase
  • Press the “Accounts” label on Coinbase
  • Find your BTC or ETH wallet & select “Send”
  • Place the Kucoin wallet address into the Coinbase recipient address bar
  • Enter how much you want and send it off!

This can be tricky to understand, so here are some screenshots that help describe the process. We used ETH as an example:

Buy TenX (PAY) on Kucoin

Once we have our BTC or ETH safely secured in our Kucoin wallet, we can now purchase some PAY. Search for the “Markets” tab and locate the BTC/PAY or ETH/PAY market. Once you have found your desired market, you can determine your price per coin, how many of them you want, and then finally finish that purchase!

If you’re stuck on this step, below is a screenshot that illustrates the components of the page:

Calculate & Stash Away

Great job, you successfully bought some PAY coins. You can go back to the marketplace to purchase other coins, or let your cryptos sit in your wallet — different strokes for different folks.
